After a day full of adventure in Grado and the surrounding area, or when the beach weather doesn't play along, our guests look forward to a relaxing time in our spa with heated infinity sky pool in Italy. Here you can float in the water, visit your favourite sauna, complete the Kneipp course and then relax afterwards.
The indoor panoramic pool (29 °C) is the highlight of our hotel with a pool in Italy! Underwater hydromassage and chromotherapy enhance relaxation. Swim a few laps or simply float and unwind in the water.
The classic sauna reaches up to 90 °C and is very dry, making it a favourite among seasoned sauna enthusiasts. It offers intense detoxification and boosts circulation—a rejuvenating experience, even in the heat of summer.
The steam bath may be "only" 40–55 °C warm, but it boasts nearly 100% humidity. This has a particularly beneficial effect on the skin and respiratory tract. These are moisturised and can better fight off pathogens.
The bio sauna is a favourite among beginners and women. It reaches temperatures of about 70 °C with moderate humidity, making it gentler on the cardiovascular system while still providing a cleansing and invigorating effect on the body.
Kneipp therapy involves alternating baths (or immersions of specific body parts) in warm and cold water. Regularly completing several such cycles boosts the immune system and improves circulation.
After a sauna session, it is important to cool down properly. The best place to do so is in our experience showers. Feel the gentle droplets wash away any remaining tension.
