The Laguna Palace has many sides. To make your visit as smooth and relaxing as possible, we’ve summarised the most important administrative details for your stay here. After all, the best holidays are those free of (unpleasant) surprises. If you have any further questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Is a late checkout possible?

Yes, we offer late check-out until 2 pm, subject to availability, for 25% of the daily rate.

Is a local tax charged?

Yes, a local tax of €1.50 per person (aged 18 and older) applies and is charged in addition to the booking price. From the 15th day of your stay, the tax no longer applies.

What are the cancellation conditions?

You can cancel free of charge up to 8 days before your arrival. Within 7 days of your arrival, 100% of the booking price will be charged.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No, at Laguna Palace we do not require a deposit when booking.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay your bill in cash, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or by bank transfer.
